Historique :	Réplique, avec quelques variantes, de la Mise au tombeau du château de Biron. Des montages en terre cuite du groupe original se trouvent à Foix, Lansargues, Verdelais et au musée des Augustins de Toulouse. C'est ce dernier qui a dû servir de modèle, l'abbé Decanis, curé de la paroisse de 1862 à 1882 ayant passé commande à la maison Virebent de Toulouse pour la somme de 3500 fr.
