Historique :	Lié au pèlerinage à la chapelle de Saint-Ser, une chapelle attestée par le cartulaire Saint-Victor en 1079 comme « cella sancti servi ». le nom du saint viendrait du latin « servus », serviteur de Dieu. Ser, ermite du Ve siècle, se serait installé dans ces lieux. Il aurait été martyrisé par Euric, souverain wisigoth, en ayant les oreilles tranchées avant d'être décapité. Il portait autour du cou les ex-voto représentant des oreilles, croix etc.
